The Mac app is free to download in the App Store, so it’s definitely worth a try. This way you never have to look for a link to enter the meeting again, but they are neatly collected in one place. If you give Meeter access to your contacts, you can enter a name here and call this person directly.Įven if you don’t use different video calling programs, Meeter is ideal.

Then click on the Meeter icon and then on the blue icon of a telephone and a plus sign. If you want to manually video call a colleague, you can easily do that in Meeter. You will also see a button to directly join the meeting. Meeter is a leading app to organize your meetings and calls. Use Hand Mirror to make sure you look your best before joining your team on a call. If you click on the icon, you will see all the meetings scheduled for today. That’s what Hand Mirror, a handy Mac app, does. If there is an appointment in your calendar with a link to video call, it will automatically end up in Meeter. This happens automatically as soon as a new meeting is scheduled in your agenda.

When you have linked the agenda with Meeter, you don’t have to do anything to get the video calling appointments in Meeter. The first time you launch Meeter, the Mac app will ask for access to the default macOS calendar.
